Barbell Based Strength Training/Coaching

1-on-1 strength training

For those who want to maximize results and are looking for a more individualized program. 

 

1-on-1 sessions are 75 minutes long and are personally individualized to meet you where you are at. New to barbell training? Training around an injury? Have a special circumstance that requires a customized program? This may be the right option for you. 

​

Private training sessions are available 1 or 2 times per week with programming customizable for 1-5 days per week based on your goals, time, and equipment availability. It also includes free access to open gym on Fridays.

 

You can purchase and book individual sessions or you can purchase weekly or bi-weekly training packages. Purchase of packages include a 5% discount and 7 day a week access to your coach during reasonable business hours.

Barbells with Friends

For those who prefer a more social atmosphere while you learn to lift, start here. Work and get coached alongside another lifter (bring a friend or get paired up with someone).

​

Semi private sessions are 1 hour long and overlapping with another pair of lifters following along the same 3x/week program. Your coach will supervise and guide you through 2 of the sessions. The 3rd session is independent work either here at GRIT or at the space of your choice.

 

Sessions are $40 each (but must be purchased 8 at a time) and available Monday/Wednesday am's and Tuesday/Thursday pm's and includes free open gym on Fridays.

Remote Coaching

For those who are not in the area or have a preferred gym and just need a solid program to follow, this is for you. 

​

Remote coaching includes 2-5 day a week programming, video form feedback, a weekly check in email, and a monthly 15-30 minute virtual check-in call. Programs can be customized for an extra $20/month

Military and first responders get a 10% discount on all services

Purchase of private strength training packages includes a 5% discount and 7 day a week access to your therapist during reasonable business hours.
